I supported product development across dinnerware, tile, and special projects, working closely with the design team to understand design intent, then championing the project throughout the organization and ensuring that all teams involved—from communications to customer service—had the tools and information needed to support product launches.

Projects included Coupe Refresh, Dual Glaze Tile Collection, Artek x Heath Collaboration, and Heath Flatware.
